Pipe filling
Benefil Polymer resin is an extremely efficient material for grouting redundant pipelines.
The flow characteristics of the product, coupled with a single vehicle carrying capacity in excess of 100m3 enable us to tackle even the most demanding of projects with minimal disruption to site activities.
A redundant pipeline of typically 225mm x 150M can usually be filled in a matter of minutes from either upstream or down to suit site requirements and residual fluids will be expelled during the grouting process.
Fill and vent point preparation is very straightforward and we can usually consider filling pipelines of greater length than could be filled using traditional cementitious grout materials. In April 2009 Benefil (UK) Limited successfully completed a 300mm dia pipeline infill in excess of 450M from a single fill point in only 45 minutes!
Benefil Polymer Resin can be used in annulus situations and will not cause pipe floatation of sleeve pipes within the host pipe. All equipment and materials can be mounted on 4 x4’s for us in off road conditions.
